Development of your Event Timeline

“Day of” Director for a maximum of 12 hours who will

• Management of the Event Timeline

• Supervision of set-up for the ceremony and reception

• Manage the wedding party and vendors

• Wedding Emergency Kit

Ensure that everything is set in place for your event.

Serve as a “Day of” contact for any questions from vendors, guests, bridal party, etc.

50% deposit due at signing of contract.  Remaining balance will be due two weeks before the event date.
